Webinar review: Konica Minolta digitizes and transforms their J-SOX audit
Konica Minolta is one of our customers that relies on Diligent’s HighBond solution for their J-SOX audit program. After more than a year of productive use and intensive testing of the possibilities the platform offers, Konica Minolta’s Internal Audit team can identify a clear added value.
We have summarized this experience together with Konica Minolta in a webinar and have worked out interesting insights for you. Petra Ripke – Manager Internal Audit – described in detail how the J-SOX compliance audit is performed in their company and how the individual process steps are now optimized by using the software solution HighBond.
Konica Minolta provides two controls on the platform – Process Level Controls and Company Level Controls. Due to the many individual configuration options available to the user, it is not difficult to represent different projects in one tool. An enormous work progress is especially the automation of the Test of Effectiveness. With the help of predefined questionnaires, the evaluation of the controls can be asked from the control owners and evidence can be requested. The documentation of the evidence and the communication with all involved persons takes place directly on the platform. Central data storage thus creates optimized cooperation with the auditors.
As a next step, Konica Minolta plans not only to make the J-SOX audit process even more efficient with the help of the digital solution, in which the use of data analysis is planned. Due to the satisfactory results, the expansion of the platform for the area of risk management is also in the pipeline.
What does the future of your J-SOX management look like? Our webinar can certainly provide you with some interesting clues. For you it is important to know that the webinar was presented in german.
