Data Analytics as a Service

1. Data Processing Agreement: First, we conclude a data processing agreement with you, which includes a confidentiality agreement as the basis for our cooperation. 
2. Scope: Then we discuss the scope of your project. Here, we identify which analyses are needed to provide you with an optimal data analysis service. 
3. Extraction of Required Data: Once it is clear which analyses are needed, we use our software to extract your data. 
4. Provision of Data: After extracting the data, we create a secure environment in which the data is processed. 
5. Data Evaluation: We carry out the required analyses from our dab AnalyticSuite portfolio to evaluate your data and identify possible process weaknesses. 
6. Evaluation and Documentation: Once all data has been evaluated, we assess and document the findings for you and your company. 
7. Workshop: To help you expand your data analysis knowledge, we then prepare a workshop for joint review and interpretation of the findings. 
8. Results: Finally, we hand over all collected results to you in the form of a data analysis report. 
9. Confidentiality: After the project is completed, we delete your stored raw data and analysis results from our systems to keep your data confidential and secure. 

Our expertise is primarily in SAP, where we cover both ECC and S/4HANA with our standard analyses. However, we can generally create individual analyses independently of the system.

The dab AnalyticSuite covers all essential business processes. Experience shows that the need for analyses extends to purchasing, sales, accounting, and finance, as well as their master and change data. This is reflected in the SAP modules MM, SD, and FI. Additionally, evaluations of authorization management are included.

No. We take over the analysis work and provide the necessary software. 

A wide variety of result presentations are possible. Usually, results are visualised in a dashboard and discussed in a joint workshop. Optionally, a detailed report with risk assessment and recommended actions is possible.

Costs consist of project licences for the software used, daily rates, and, if applicable, travel expenses.
