My next blog post is dedicated to the purchasing info records in SAP ® R / 3 systems. These info records are the intersection of material and vendor. It defines which material can be ordered from which vendor with which conditions.
An auditee walked into the audit department and said to the auditor, "Do you really have to report these findings?" The auditor explained that they had been discussed with everyone, that everyone agreed there was a problem, and that the findings would have to stay in the report.
