A new portal for customers and partners

Starting in April, we will provide our customers and business partners with a new portal. Our old customer area "My:dab" will be replaced by a modern site with a new look and extended functionality. The original functionalities will remain, including the download area for our software. In addition to the user management and organization of company data, in future updates we will also enable our customers to centrally access company and product specific information, manage licensed products and be part of a community of users. The goal is to make it easier for customers to work with us and to give them the resources they need to take full advantage of our software.

We are convinced that the new portal will be of great benefit to both our customers and our company. The exchange between users will give us even deeper insights into the requirements of our customers and will help us to better understand and continuously develop the use of our software in the various use cases.

In a separate area, we are creating a platform for partners. We are setting the basis for better communication between partners and creating direct access to marketing resources, sales information for products and services, as well as technical details.

Release of the new portal for dab customers and partners

Your access to the portal

All customers and partners will personally receive an email with an invitation to the portal and will be provided with important information for the initial registration. We hope that our new portal will help to offer our customers and partners an even more convenient and efficient service. If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us personally at any time.

In the video, Product Owner Robert Galetzka speaks about the release of the new customer and partner portal and reports on what new features you can expect.
