PAUL HARTMANN AG achieves 100% Data Transparency with Data Analytics and Process Mining

12th of October | 02:00 pm CEST

We are happy to announce a new German webinar with our customer PAUL HARTMAN AG in cooperation with IIA Austria on the 12th of October at 02:00 pm.

The use of digital technologies in the auditing process is very common. But not all Internal Audit teams include Process Mining in their standard range of audit methods. So how relevant are process analytics actually?

In the webinar, Bernhard Buchner, Senior Manager Audit Analytics at PAUL HARTMANN AG, together with our consultant Robert Galetzka will demonstrate how Internal Audit further developed its audit work through Process Mining and was able to create added value for other departments as a digital pioneer.

The use of IT-supported and data-based audit methods is nothing unusual for the leading European supplier of medical and care products. On top of automated data analytics, Process Mining now provides an additional perspective on the data. If a transaction-based analysis of the data identifies specific violations, Process Mining provides important information on the origin of a weak point in the process and allows improvement measures to be derived more efficiently.

Objectives of the webinar:

  • You will be introduced to the concept of Process Mining.
  • You will learn how to integrate Process Mining into your audit process.
  • You will understand why the execution of the analytics - independent of department - is simple and fast.
  • You will learn how to consider individual enhancements in the process by customizing event logs.

Get insights into the practice of an international company by joining the webinar with dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH and PAUL HARTMANN AG.

We look forward to your participation!

Please note that the webinar will be presented in german.
