Galvanize - now a Diligent brand

In our successful partnership with Galvanize  (formerly ACL), which has now been going on for almost 20 years, another important milestone was reached this year:

Our valued customers who are currently using Galvanize solutions have already been officially informed through the relevant news channels: In April, Galvanize was acquired by Diligent, the leading provider of software solutions for modern governance. With the takeover of Steel Compliance Solutions, Inc.  (for details see also https://diligent.com/news/diligent-to-acquire-steele-compliance-solutions), which also took place recently, Diligent has thus become the world's largest provider of GRC SaaS solutions. 

This is excellent news for all existing and future customers, as well as for us as a Galvanize distribution partner: The vision of no longer having to rely on department-specific stand-alone solutions, but rather to establish integrated platforms that are used throughout the company (this blog post explained this by using the example of an audit management platform) is now within reach. 

As a customer, you are in good hands with Diligent - with more than 1,500 employees worldwide and one million users, you will be using the modern technology of the renowned market leader, which is redefining the GRC category as a thought leader by a wide margin with its integrated GRC SaaS solution. We are looking forward to working with Diligent and the Galvanize products to "position GRC as a critical component in every business", as the acquisition press release so aptly puts it. 

For us personally, the integration of the Galvanize brand into the Diligent solution portfolio shows that the data and data analysis-based approach to governance, audit, internal controls and compliance is essential and crucial to success.
