Integration of dab:Software GmbH completed
After the acquisition of AM:DataConsult GmbH in 2014, the first step was to change the company name to dab: Software GmbH. with the medium-term goal of integrating this company into our group company dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH in mind.
This second step has now been completed after all the relevant processes have been homogenized, i.e. the merge of our company
- dab: Software GmbH with its registered office in 94469 Deggendorf, Dieter-Görlitz-Platz 2 to the
- dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH - Dieter-Görlitz-Platz 2, 94469 Deggendorf, Germany
as the incorporating company by entry in the Commercial Register of Deggendorf, HRB 2663.
The dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH therefore enters all existing and future rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between customers and dab: Software GmbH with effect from 20.08.2019, with the simultaneous withdrawal of dab: Software GmbH from the contractual relationship.
The business premises and contact data of our sales office in Barmstedt will be unchanged, and of course nothing will be changed in your contact persons or our product portfolio.
Customers of dab:Software GmbH receive personalized letters and detailed information about the relevant master data changes for easier processing. In future, the web address www.dab-software.com will lead you directly to our central website www.dab-europe.com .
