Ho ho ho – see you next year
The third Advent is already over, and Christmas is approaching with big steps. We look back on a (positively meant) turbulent and successful year 2019, marked by important projects, enriching encounters and exciting events. But one after the other.
In 2019 we were able to celebrate our 15th anniversary in June - for many of us, the organisation of this event shaped large parts of the first half of the year. The overall result was an outstanding event. The friendly feedback and the support we felt confirmed our actions, and we are all the more looking forward to the tasks that lie ahead.
Our core competencies are data analysis in all its facets, process mining, integrated GRC platforms, support for the internal control system, analysis-supported audit and accounting, risk management and compliance. These are all important topics that have been given a great deal of attention, especially with regard to digitization. This is also reflected in our business development, and we are pleased about that.
Despite all our professional competence and the multitude of possible topics, one thing is important to us at dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH: we work with and for people; " It's a people's business" also applies here.
In 2019, we were once again able to win many important customers, and we managed existing long-term cooperations as usual. Behind the big company names, however, it is always the individual people with whom we work in a trusting manner who value us by choosing us as their partner for software and services, and from whom we receive important feedback that enables us to judge whether we are on the right track. Thank you - this appreciation and joy is mutual. We do our best to continue to support you with data analysis, GRC and process mining software and to advise and train you objectively and professionally.
We were also able to significantly strengthen our team in 2019. It makes us (myself personally especially) proud and happy to share and realize a common vision with so many great people. In this constellation, it is a pleasure for us to be able to work in our profession, on the one hand because of our valued customers, but also because of the excellent team that the dab: Daten - Analysen & Beratung GmbH. We also try to give a lot back to our colleagues: Time flexibility, the best possible working environment in terms of ergonomics and technology, fun, events and health-promoting measures such as job cycling or daily fresh fruit.
The latter leads us to the most important point, which is no empty phrase for us: Despite all the enthusiasm for our job, our software, our customers and our entrepreneurial success: Stay healthy! In contrast to all other topics, this can seldom be regulated with software procurement, budget or resource allocation. We wish you and your families health and a happy and carefree year 2020.
