ACL™ Spring Release

This month the new Spring Release of our partner ACL was released. The focus was on the ACL ™ GRC solution, which enables integrated audit and risk management. I would like to briefly introduce some of the new features in this blog post.

New module: mission control

This is a completely new module from ACL GRC ™ that presents project information in a simplified and centralized control view. So you can see at a glance what the status of your active projects is.

All control information is synced between Projects and Mission Control, and is displayed in both modules, in real-time.

Exciting Updates in the module projects

The Projects module has also been redesigned. The planning has been improved, as well as the overview of project milestones. In addition, you can now set personalized display options with tags, filters and sorting.

Citation Mode

A feature in Projects that allows you to cite evidence by highlighting and linking text to files.

Content Suites

These ready-to-use content allows you to get started right away in the relevant areas. These are regulatory updates, frameworks, standards, and best practices for your daily governance management workflow, such as IT governance, COSO / COBIT, or the new GDPR privacy regulation.

New functionalities in the results module

For visualizations and storyboards were also some very exciting updates released:

  • Presentation Mode - seamlessly transition into displaying a storyboard as full slides
  • Conditional filters - restrict storyboards to display a relevant subset of data, great for date ranges and thresholds
  • New visualizations - use the new Treemap to display hierarchical data that can be aggregated, and enjoy a refreshed design of visualization options

This will allow you to better visualize the results of your risk-based data analysis and to share it with those responsible.

These are just a few examples of new functionalities. A complete list can be found on the website of our partner.
Of course you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions!
