DATEV eG in Nürnberg is the software company and the IT service provider of tax advisors, external auditors and lawyers as well as their respective clients. The spectrum of their services encompasses mainly the areas of Accountancy, Economic Consulting, Tax, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Organization and Planning.
DATEV eG was founded in 1966 and currently has approx. 39,000 employees.
DATEV´s solutions in Digital Data Analysis using ACL™ support DATEV´s members in goal-orientedly analyzing assets, financial accounting and balance sheet figures or salary accounting through prefabricated verification routines.
Using the dab:exporter obtainable via DATEV eG, DATEV´s members can export data from a SAP® R/3™ system to >GDPdU< format and prepare it for analysis in the solutions for Digital Data Analysis with ACL™.
dab:GmbH is a typicle spin-off of “Hochschule Deggendorf, University of Applied Sciences”. The close collaboration between research and practice, which is a natural concern of dab:GmbH since its founding, is guaranteed by contacts to professors and the adjacence to “Hochschule Deggendorf”.
Besides academic projects in collaboration with professors, students of Deggendorf college are offered internships and subjects for their Bachelor and Master graduation works; after the successful graduation, there is the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. “University of Applied Sciences” is the name affix of HDU in Deggendorf and for dab:GmbH, this is a permanent task and challenge.
For developing software products with direct access to ERP systems, we are in close contact with the development division of Theobald Software GmbH and we implement their products.
